100% cash-pay
Our clinical services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance. Each program explains its prices, what is included, and any separate medication, laboratory, or third-party charges.

01 / Our medical group
We are a physician-led national medical group serving patients through 100% cash-pay healthcare programs. We work with management services organizations (MSOs) to build, improve, and operate the clinical side of their businesses.
Our clinicians and clinical support professionals belong to the same medical group. Together, we take responsibility for the patient encounter, the preparation behind it, and the follow-through that comes afterward.
Exilara, operating through LPMD Health LLC, is our primary servicing MSO. Our partnerships also extend to independent MSOs and the businesses they support. A partner does not need to become an Exilara brand to work with LPMDMG.
Our clinical services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance. Each program explains its prices, what is included, and any separate medication, laboratory, or third-party charges.
We can work within a partner's electronic medical record (EMR) and clinical technology. We assess clinical, privacy, security, and workflow suitability rather than require a proprietary platform.
We are not defined by one diagnosis, treatment, or product. Care models are matched to the expertise, evidence, clinical protocols, and follow-up that the patient population requires.
We are not tied to a single pharmacy. Pharmacy arrangements must support appropriate care, applicable licensure and quality requirements, and patient choice where permitted.
Clinical independence & scope
LPMDMG is built for national care delivery. Each engagement is organized around the patient population, qualified clinicians, licensing, clinical setting, and operational readiness required for that service.
The medical group retains clinical responsibility. An MSO partnership does not transfer control of patient care.
LPMD Medical Group
We start with the patients: who they are, what care they need, and what follow-up will involve. That helps us identify the clinicians, standards, and systems the service needs.
Before work begins, we agree on the services, coverage, and responsibilities of the medical group and the management team. Everyone should know which decisions and tasks belong to them.
When a patient has a question or a test result arrives, someone needs to follow through. We define that responsibility across clinicians and support teams.
