05 / Our clinical organization

The people behind responsible practice.

Our medical leadership, practicing clinicians, independent Clinical Quality department, and Clinical Operations division work together with clear responsibilities. The operating teams support care; clinical decisions remain with the appropriately licensed professionals.

Clinical care & leadership

Medical leadership & practicing clinicians

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing when appropriate, and medical oversight within each professional's authority. Medical leadership establishes the clinical service, required supervision or collaboration, standards, and clinical escalation responsibilities.

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other qualified professionals work within their actual license, education, training, and demonstrated competence.

Independent clinical authority

Clinical Quality

Medical and nursing quality leadership owns clinical standards, chart and peer review, adverse-event review, clinical-risk interpretation, coaching, remediation, and approval of clinical protocols, decision logic, and clinical education.

Clinical Quality remains separate from Clinical Operations. Its findings are not changed to protect revenue, throughput, client satisfaction, or a launch date.

The Clinical Operations division

Six departments supporting the clinical work

Coverage, systems, communication, and follow-through belong to an organized team.

01 / Clinical Operations

Clinical Support

Frontline patient and clinician support, issue routing, and service recovery.

Administrative support keeps people informed and makes sure a clinical concern reaches the right licensed professional.

Explore department services
  • Patient and clinician support. Manage support queues, gather the information needed to resolve an issue, provide approved education, and document the interaction.
  • Follow-up and service recovery. Communicate status, coordinate administrative follow-up, and address service problems through a defined owner.
  • Prescription and pharmacy issue intake. Receive questions and route administrative exceptions or clinical concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Escalation and handoffs. Prioritize operational issues, preserve the patient's account, and route symptoms, safety concerns, and treatment questions to licensed clinical personnel.
  • Operational improvement. Surface recurring problems, queue trends, handoff failures, and preventable demand for Informatics and leadership.

Clinical Support does not diagnose, recommend treatment, choose medication, or change prescriptions.

02 / Clinical Operations

Pharmacy Relations

Operational coordination with pharmacy partners from onboarding through fulfillment.

Partner communication and exception follow-through without interference in the prescribing decision.

Explore department services
  • Partner readiness. Coordinate pharmacy onboarding, portal access, and operational setup.
  • Order and transmission exceptions. Coordinate order routing and corrections to administrative or transmission defects; escalate clinical questions.
  • Fulfillment visibility. Investigate shipment, tracking, delivery, and other fulfillment issues and track resolution.
  • Availability and process changes. Communicate formulary, supply, availability, and workflow changes to the appropriate teams.
  • Partner performance. Monitor agreed service levels, aging exceptions, repeat failures, and unresolved operational risk.

Pharmacy Relations does not tell a clinician what to prescribe, pressure substitutions, or alter a prescription.

03 / Clinical Operations

Clinical Systems

Ongoing training, system adoption, proficiency support, and systems-use remediation.

The department helps people use approved clinical technology reliably after the workflow has been built.

Explore department services
  • Onboarding and training. Deliver role-based systems onboarding, refresher training, release education, and competency confirmation.
  • Systems-use remediation. Identify and address difficulty following approved workflows or completing required technology tasks.
  • Physician systems education. Provide physician-facing onboarding, office hours, documentation-system support, and adoption feedback.
  • Practical workflow guidance. Teach where and how to document, navigate the EMR, use templates, and complete approved system tasks.
  • Adoption reporting. Track training completion, proficiency, repeat system errors, and remediation closure; escalate clinical risk when identified.

System-use remediation is not clinical-performance remediation. Clinical appropriateness and discipline remain with clinical authority.

04 / Clinical Operations

Clinical Implementation

Project-based builds for telemedicine, medical spa, and hybrid programs.

A defined project from discovery and configuration through clinical approval, go-live, stabilization, and documented handoff.

Explore department services
  • Three specialty teams. Telemedicine Clinical Implementation; Med Spa Clinical Implementation; and Hybrid Clinical Implementation.
  • Discovery and service design. Assess current workflows, document future-state requirements, clarify roles, and identify dependencies and unresolved decisions.
  • EMR and workflow build. Translate approved requirements into configuration, roles and permissions, intake, routing, escalation, prescribing, and pharmacy workflows.
  • Clinical approval and testing. Bring clinical protocols, decision logic, and clinical education to the appropriate licensed authority for approval; test the configured workflow.
  • Training and activation. Deliver launch training, confirm operational and clinical readiness, and coordinate authorized go-live support.
  • Stabilization and handoff. Monitor early performance, correct defects, and transfer accepted ownership to Support, Systems, Pharmacy Relations, Clinician Services, and Informatics.

Implementation configures clinically approved workflows. Material redesign returns as a scoped project rather than an informal support request.

05 / Clinical Operations

Clinical Informatics

Reliable operational reporting, data definitions, and workflow analysis.

Information leaders can use to understand capacity, service, adoption, and where the work needs attention.

Explore department services
  • Dashboards and reporting. Define operational measures and build reports with consistent terminology, validated data, and clear source ownership.
  • Capacity and service analysis. Analyze queues, workloads, clinician capacity, service levels, and demand.
  • Cross-department visibility. Support pharmacy, implementation, systems-adoption, and clinician-service reporting.
  • Process investigation. Identify variation, bottlenecks, outliers, and recurring workflow problems; support root-cause analysis.
  • Forecasting and improvement. Forecast operational needs and measure approved changes over time; explain what the data can and cannot show.

Informatics supplies and validates data. Clinical Quality interprets clinical meaning and determines clinical remediation.

06 / Clinical Operations

Clinician Services

Recruiting, clinician relationships, licensing coordination, and lifecycle support.

A dependable administrative connection for the clinicians who deliver care through LPMDMG.

Explore department services
  • Clinical Recruiting. Coordinate recruitment for agreed care programs, accurate role introductions, candidate information, and handoffs into clinical selection and onboarding.
  • Clinician Liaison and Relations. Serve as the administrative point of contact for LPMDMG-contracted clinicians; route concerns to operational, quality, finance, or executive owners.
  • Onboarding and workforce communication. Coordinate documents, collect availability, communicate requirements, and support the clinician experience.
  • Licensing Support. Coordinate application documents, renewals, deadlines, and verified status tracking within the agreed service scope.
  • Ongoing support and offboarding. Identify recurring administrative problems, follow concerns through, and coordinate offboarding and access-removal handoffs.

Administrative support does not confer clinical-supervisory authority or guarantee licensure. Clinicians are not pressured toward approval rates, prescription volume, or revenue.

Accountability after launch

The handoff is part of the service.

Implementation concludes with documented workflows, configuration records, training status, pharmacy contacts, reporting definitions, open risks, and named receiving owners. Each steady-state team accepts its responsibilities. A later material redesign becomes a new, defined implementation project.
