04 / MSO partnerships

Build your care delivery with a medical group that takes responsibility.

We actively welcome new MSO partners. Whether you are starting a healthcare business, strengthening an existing service, or expanding an established platform, LPMDMG can help define and deliver the clinical organization your model requires.

You bring your business, brand, and knowledge of the people you serve. We work with your team on the medical leadership, clinicians, clinical systems, support, and quality oversight needed to care for them responsibly.

The organizations we welcome

Different MSO models. A clear clinical partner.

These are partnership categories, not a limit on the organizations we will consider.

01

Digital health & telemedicine

Direct-to-consumer platforms, virtual clinics, and remote-care businesses developing synchronous, asynchronous, or connected-care services.

02

White-label & multi-brand platforms

MSOs supporting several patient-facing brands, distribution partners, or health programs with a clearly identified clinical provider.

03

Medical spas & aesthetic practices

Single-site operators, aesthetic clinic groups, and expanding networks offering medically directed aesthetic and wellness services.

04

IV hydration & mobile wellness

MSOs organizing IV, injection, mobile, or on-site wellness services that require clinical evaluation, oversight, and appropriate escalation.

05

Weight & metabolic health

Weight-management and metabolic-health businesses needing treatment assessment, prescribing when appropriate, monitoring, and follow-up.

06

Primary care & membership models

Direct primary care, concierge, subscription, and membership-based businesses building dependable access to defined clinical services.

07

Preventive & focused wellness care

MSOs developing preventive, longevity, or condition-focused programs, including defined men's and women's health services, subject to clinical scope review.

08

Employer & workforce programs

MSOs supporting employers, member organizations, and benefit distributors with directly purchased clinical services rather than insurance-billed encounters.

09

Specialty & practice-management groups

Organizations building or supporting specialty and multispecialty services, with the required expertise, referral pathways, and program-specific readiness.

10

Multi-location & franchise operators

Regional or national clinic networks seeking consistent clinical standards, local readiness, cross-site workflows, and accountable medical leadership.

11

Retail, laboratory & pharmacy-enabled models

Businesses connecting consumers with testing, wellness services, or pharmacy access while keeping evaluation and prescribing independent of product sales.

12

New ventures & portfolio companies

First-time founders, established operators, investor-backed platforms, and healthcare portfolios launching, renovating, or expanding care delivery.

These examples describe the MSO models we welcome, not a claim that every specialty or service is currently available. We confirm the patient population, clinical expertise, states, setting, and delivery requirements for each engagement.

How we work with you

From the first care model to established operations.

Our relationship with Exilara

A primary MSO relationship. An open partnership model.

Exilara (LPMD Health LLC) is our primary servicing MSO. Within the Exilara portfolio, Aesthetic focuses on medical spa, IV, and wellness businesses, while Venture supports the building, renovation, and ongoing management of healthcare delivery businesses.

LPMDMG provides the medical-group functions defined in those engagements and also works with independent MSOs. Working with us does not require changing your brand, replacing your MSO, or adopting a proprietary EMR or a single pharmacy.

Clinical independence

Shared work does not mean shared control of medical decisions.

The medical group retains responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical protocols, and clinical-quality findings. The MSO provides the nonclinical management services defined in its agreement. Neither commercial targets nor a preferred launch date overrides clinical judgment.

Every engagement defines the participating entities, included services, fees, coverage, service levels, and responsibilities. A department's presence in the group does not make all of its services automatically included. Legal agreements and state-specific arrangements are addressed with qualified counsel.

LPMD Medical Group

What we need to know

Who will you serve?

Describe the patient population, the clinical needs you intend to address, and the services you want to offer. This gives the medical group a starting point for reviewing scope and required expertise.

Where will care happen?

Identify the states, locations, and virtual or in-person settings involved. Readiness depends on the appropriate licensing, qualified team, systems, and clinical arrangements for that work.

What is already in place?

Share your current team, technology, workflows, and the problems you want to resolve. A new build, an improvement project, and ongoing operations have different requirements and need a defined scope.

Questions about the group

Questions from our partners

Do we need to become an Exilara brand?

No. LPMDMG works with independent MSOs as well as the Exilara portfolio. Working with the group does not require changing your brand or replacing your MSO.

Do we need to change our EMR?

The group is EMR agnostic. Clinical technology is assessed for clinical, privacy, security, and workflow suitability rather than ownership of a proprietary platform.

Who controls clinical decisions?

The medical group retains responsibility for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical protocols, and clinical-quality findings. The MSO provides the nonclinical management services defined in its agreement.

What needs to be ready before launch?

The clinical model, professional roles, approved protocols, systems, training, and workflow testing need to support the service. Activation follows confirmed operational and clinical readiness.

What happens after implementation?

Implementation transfers documented workflows, configuration records, training status, pharmacy contacts, reporting definitions, open risks, and named responsibilities to receiving teams. A material redesign becomes a new, defined project.
