02 / The care we provide

Different care needs. The same clinical responsibility.

Our work spans everyday health needs, ongoing treatment, and focused clinical programs. The service determines the required expertise and care setting; a requested prescription never determines the outcome of an encounter.

Services depend on the program, the patient’s needs, state requirements, and the clinical team. Not every service is available in every state or care setting.

Where we deliver care

Care should fit the patient and the clinical need.

Telemedicine

Video visits and asynchronous care when clinically appropriate and permitted, with escalation to a different setting when needed.

In-person care

Clinical services and medical leadership for physical practices, medical spas, and wellness clinics, with site-specific responsibilities.

Hybrid care

Connected virtual and in-person services, with clear handoffs, shared clinical information, and defined follow-up ownership.

What responsible care requires

Understand the person.

A program may focus on a particular condition or treatment. The encounter still begins with the patient. Evaluation, clinical judgment, and the information available determine what is appropriate.

A clear next step.

When the service cannot meet a clinical need, the patient needs clear guidance about an examination, testing, or another care setting. The limits of a program should be explained, not left for the patient to discover.

Follow up on the care.

Ordering a test or beginning treatment is part of an ongoing responsibility. Results review, monitoring, education, and handoffs belong to an accountable plan for care.
